Entering a maintenance contract will make you eligible to receive patches and version updates for the module you originally purchased, without such updates incurring any additional licensing costs.

Our support is accessible for you via e-mail, phone, fax, TeamViewer or Customer Portal. All issues are handled directly by our experienced PiSA sales team members – no call center but qualified in-house expertise! You benefit from the direct line of contact of our support team to the PisaSales product management, development and project planning departments.

Around 40 % of all customer requests are integrated on average in the standard development of our CRM suite.
