What can you expect in the open online training?

In two modules we give you a basic introduction to the user interface. Learn how to operate the system optimally. In addition, you will get to know a selection of the most important functions.

1st module

In Module I of the PisaSales Basics training, you will get to know the user interface of the web browser and its setting options. We will give you an insight into how to effectively create and link company and person contacts. You will also learn how to use the different ways of searching in PisaSales to find information efficiently and quickly. Along the way, we'll give you tips and tricks as well as best practices to help you work quickly and comfortably with PisaSales CRM.

2nd module

In Module II of the PisaSales Basics Training, you can expect an introduction to the use of activities in PisaSales CRM. You will learn how to link activities to people or, for example, sales cases, delegate tasks or create follow-up activities. You will get to know the new PisaSales mailbox and see how to use documents easily and in a structured way in PisaSales CRM. We will also teach you how to map the entire process in sales using the lead management portal and the business opportunities, quotes and orders.

  • Computer and monitor (ideally 2 monitors)
  • Internet connection
