Using PisaSales CRM the time required to access the needed information is drastically reduced. This is made possible by sophisticated search and find tools, with which you can search the entire CRM database, all fields and documents in seconds. In addition to a high-performance full text search, a quick search at each mask and a powerful filter tool are available.

Simple and Uncomplicated

  • High-performance EUREKA full-text search engine to quickly find any information
  • Powerful filter tool for simple, but also highly complex filter queries
  • Quick search at each mask and quick filter at lists

The Eureka Full-Text Search Engine

The entire database including document contents (PDF, Word, PPT, Excel, etc.), emails, appointments, tasks, contacts, etc. is searched by the Eureka search engine within an instant. Newly created data sets and documents are also entered by the system within seconds and can be found by all users with the appropriate access rights. The search hits are displayed in a clearly arranged result list. You can restrict the found set to certain objects, such as only persons or documents and see a preview of the found text passage.

Quick Search

The so-called Quickfinder on masks and lists offers you a comfortable search option to get the desired results quickly. In the quickfinder, combined searches and the use of simple operators (%, !, |, ‚) are also possible. If you wish, you can easily save the ad-hoc defined quick search as a filter permanently and for repeated use. With this feature most search queries in PisaSales are executed intuitively and with a few clicks.

The Filter Tool

No matter whether it is a simple search for a specific field content or a complex search also using data relationships including logical operators: The filter tool provides you with the desired results after a few clicks. Depending on the user, you can adjust the interface of the filter tool with a slider. At the simplest level, only the fields visible on the mask are offered for filtering in the filter tree. As a professional, you can also use relationships to other fields.

You can use these filters immediately ad-hoc or save them for later use and thus make them available to other colleagues or teams.

You can define important filters simply by clicking on an active watch list in your user cockpit. The system now automatically displays the current result set in the corresponding cockpit element.
